Clarity of Postgraduate VMTS Postgraduate vision, mission, and goals are socialized to UPPS Managers, PS Managers, Lecturers, Students, Education Personnel, to community users in general through various media both offline and online with the intention that the vision, mission, and goals of UPPS can be understood. Offline socialization, among others, through printed displays in the academic guidebook (distributed to each student), poster displays in strategic places in the Postgraduate environment, RIP, Strategic Plan, and Renop UPPS documents, through matriculation activities, as well as in VMTS workshop activities attended by various stakeholder representatives, for example through the SPMI Workshop & Post-VMTS Socialization, May 2023. Meanwhile, online, the socialization of Postgraduate’s vision, mission, and goals through the official Postgraduate web, Instagram social media; and Facebook Postgraduate University of Mataram Stakeholders’ understanding of the vision, mission, and goals of Postgraduate is regularly evaluated by the Quality Assurance Cluster. The results showed that 80% of respondents had understood the contents of the vision, mission, and objectives of the Postgraduate Program. These results indicate that the vision, mission, and goals of Postgraduate Program have significant clarity for stakeholders so that they strongly support the clarity of the VMTS of the University of Mataram. The realism ofPostgraduate VMTS The realism of Postgraduate VMTS can be seen from the potential achievement of the vision, mission, and goals of each Study Program in order to support the achievement of the vision, mission, and goals of Postgraduate. The research-based aspect is shown by the integration of the research results of UPPS lecturers and students into lecture tools, namely including the results of reports and / or scientific publications on the research results of lecturers and students as part of the main reference for conceptual studies in the course, especially in the RPS Tool. The multidisciplinary aspect is shown by the existence of variants of science fields and the specialization of study programs under the Postgraduate Program which are also multidisciplinary. The last aspect, international competitiveness, has the potential to be achieved by the performance of UPPS and the study programs under it. The forms of these activities include organizing and participating UPPS and Prodi in international seminar activities. Other activities, international cooperation between UPPS and its study programs in the fields of education, research, and service. International competitiveness in the field of education is shown by (1) the presence of foreign students in study programs under the Postgraduate Program, and (2) international cooperation in dissertation supervision(Progress of Education& Research Cooperation with Aarhus University Denmark). International competitiveness in the field of research, among others, is shown by the research collaboration of student lecturers with the government of Aarhus University(Progress of Education & Research Cooperation with Aarhus University Denmark). International competitiveness in the field of service includes international service activities in Sedau. Additional aspects supporting the achievement of the vision, mission, and goals of UPPS include: (1) Postgraduate Unram has very adequate human resources with high academic qualifications, as well as excellent rank, (2). Postgraduate Unram is active in the State Postgraduate Communication Forum throughout Indonesia, (3) Each study program is active in the Professional Association Forum according to its Field of Science, (4) Has collaborated well with local NTB, national and ASEAN institutions, and (5) Postgraduate lecturers have certified educators. Thus, the Postgraduate VMTS strongly supports the Realism of the University of Mataram VMTS. The Postgraduate VMTS of the University of Mataram is located in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province which has a strategic land and water bonus with two large islands and small islands so that the total number of islands in NTB is 281 islands (39 inhabited islands, the remaining 242 islands are uninhabited), and between the islands there are waters separating two large mountains, Mount Rinjani on Lombok Island and Mount Tambora on Sumbawa Island, biodiversity biota abiota, and so on. The diversity of living things links ecotourism with educational tourism; The existence of this strategic location is very appropriate if ecotourism is developed with the support of various local wisdom of NTB in order to maintain environmental conservation. The implementation of study programs under the Postgraduate Program at the University of Mataram is expected to support the development of ecotourism that facilitates environmentally friendly and community-friendly life. Furthermore, Postgraduate has human resources, especially lecturers with academic positions of lecturers, head lecturers, to professors (30 GB) from various disciplines (multidisciplinary), and facilities and infrastructure for organizing education that are very adequate. With sufficient carrying capacity, the Postgraduate vision has the potential to be achieved in a certain long-term time, this is in accordance with the visionary character of the vision, mission, and objectives of the Postgraduate Program.
